Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all rentals and purchases made through https://outdoorsmanrentals.com/. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Rental Equipment Returns

All rented equipment must be returned on or before the scheduled return date listed in your order confirmation. Returns must be:

  • Packed securely using the original packaging when possible
  • Shipped using the return label and instructions provided
  • Dropped off with the carrier on or before the return date

The return date refers to the date the package is scanned by the carrier, not the date it is delivered back to us.

Late Returns may result in:

  • Additional daily rental charges at the standard published rate
  • Loss of future rental privileges
  • Charges for replacement rentals if the delay affects another customer

2. Condition Upon Return

All equipment must be returned in reasonable condition, excluding normal wear and tear. You may be charged for:

  • Missing components or accessories
  • Excessive dirt, debris, or biological material
  • Water damage not consistent with intended use
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper packing

If equipment requires repair or replacement, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the associated costs, including parts, labor, and shipping. Replacement value is based on current market pricing.

3. Inspection Process

All returned equipment is inspected upon receipt. Inspection may take up to 5 business days. If damage, missing components, or excessive cleaning is required, we will notify you with an itemized breakdown before charging your payment method. Failure to dispute charges within 5 business days of notification constitutes acceptance of the assessment.

4. Lost or Stolen Equipment

If rental equipment is lost or stolen during your rental period, you must notify us immediately. You remain financially responsible for the full replacement value until it is returned and inspected by us.

5. Non-Return

If equipment is not returned within 7 days of the scheduled return date and no communication is received, we reserve the right to charge the full replacement value, pursue collection efforts, and report the matter to authorities if necessary.

6. Early Returns

No refunds or partial credits are issued for early returns unless approved in writing by Outdoorsman Rentals.

7. Retail Product Returns

Non-rental retail items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return. Retail returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

8. Shipping Damage

If your rental or retail item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Failure to report within this window may result in denial of claims.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to your rental.
