Rental Agreement

1. Eligibility and Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

The person placing the order is fully responsible for:

• All rented equipment
• Any loss, theft, or damage
• All charges associated with the rental

You may not transfer, sublease, or loan the equipment to another party without written approval from Outdoorsman Rentals.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the delivery date listed in your confirmation and ends on the return date specified in your order.

Equipment must be shipped back on or before the return date using the provided return instructions. Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges at the standard published rate.

3. Security Authorization

We reserve the right to place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method prior to shipment. This hold may be used to cover late fees, cleaning fees, repair/replacement costs, or missing components.

By renting from us, you authorize Outdoorsman Rentals to charge your payment method for any valid charges under this agreement.

4. Condition of Equipment

All equipment is professionally cleaned, inspected, and tested before shipment. You agree to:

• Inspect equipment immediately upon receipt
• Notify us within 24 hours of any issue
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Follow all safety instructions and manufacturer guidelines

Failure to notify us of an issue within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the equipment as delivered.

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

You assume full responsibility for the equipment from delivery until it is received and inspected by us. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing parts, and theft or loss.

If equipment is damaged or not returned, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full repair or replacement value (market pricing) at our discretion.

6. Use and Assumption of Risk

Outdoor activities, hunting, optics use, and backcountry travel involve inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety, are qualified to use the equipment, and assume all risks associated with use.

Outdoorsman Rentals is not responsible for injury, death, property damage, or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify and hold Outdoorsman Rentals harmless from any claims or legal expenses arising from your use.

7. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including hunting success, optical performance under extreme conditions, or weather-related suitability. Equipment performance may vary depending on conditions outside our control.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation terms are outlined in our separate Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any rental for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory limitations, or safety concerns.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers must ensure someone is available to secure the shipment.

10. Cleaning and Alterations

Equipment must be returned in reasonable condition. Excessive dirt, debris, or biological material may result in cleaning fees. You may not modify, alter, or repair any rented equipment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost trips, tags, or travel expenses.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Florida.
